US domestic shipping

Every item is made by hand and often made to order by Nick himself. We ship these items within two weeks of receiving the order (unless the product is listed as being on backorder OR your ordering a Custom Work). We always ship via Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days for Domestic shipping. You should receive your USA domestic order within 7-10 days, though it often arrives earlier.

International shipping

Because we are a small operation, we are not fulfilling International orders at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Returns and Exchanges

Please email info@niceguynickwoodworks.com for exchange and return inquiries for Shop items. Please include your order number in the request and put Return/Exchange in the email title. Do not send your product back before confirmation, please. You have 30 days from receiving your item to resolve any return/exchange issues. Returns are refunded on a case by case basis, products with clear signs of user wear will not be refunded.

All Custom Works sales are final. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Every item is handmade out of natural materials, small imperfections are part of the process, to be expected and celebrated. This is part of the aesthetic and is not a reason for refund or exchange.
